Shipping and Delivery Policy

Welcome to Companion Herbary. We ship our hand crafted botanical products Australia wide from Southern NSW.

1. Processing and Handling time

All orders are processed, pack and dispacthed within1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next day.

2. Domestic shipping rates & expected delivery times

We use Australia post for all of our deliveries. Our flat rates are:

• Standard tracked post: $10.50 (estimated 3 to 6 business days from dispatch)
• Express tracked post: $15.00 (estimated 1 to 3 days from dispatch)

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. Deliveries to remote or reginal ares outside of major capital cities may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping destinations

We only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

4. Order tracking

Every order is sent as a tracked parcel. Once your order is pack and given to Australia Post, a tracking number and link will be automatically emailed to you so you can monitor delivery.

5. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or is lost by Australia Post, please contact us immediately at admin@companionherbary.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
